Multi-family is a huge part of our business. We have done smaller projects like a duplex and projects that are over 200-units. There is no difference between a smaller building, and a bigger building – the importance of good quality and efficiency is equal.

New Construction
Working with some of the biggest names in the industry like Exxel and Dawson. We are proud to be a growing business that has managed to capture the importance of this business. We know how important the siding can be on your project – so our goal is to make it as smooth as possible. Whether you are using our exclusive hardie products, or a metal or cedar product – we are here to assist you. We have collaborated with Building Consultants through the years, who have helped educate us on all the important steps within the commercial space.
Residing/Recladding
Recladding is a big part of our business. We have the expertise to make sure you get the best products and service that will give your building a long lasting warranty. This building originally had certainteed (aka Allura) siding and primed spruce trim. The building was roughly 10 year old and the spruce started to rot and the certainteed started to fall apart. The siding had cracked, shrunk and faded to the point where it needed to be replaced. The owner so very disappointed – this product was suppose to have a 50-year warranty.
